MacD's does get anyone any employment visa anywhere - they can't. No needs for unskilled labor in any country, therefore no visas exist.
Besides, burger-flipping is becoming obsolete. There are now automated systems which can deliver 60 orders per hour. Three systems can serve 180 orders (not just individuals) per hour, 24/7, and the restaurant only needs a staff of 3. Your burger-flipper days are over already.

You'll need a work visa to work anywhere outside Russia.
You will not get a work visa in any country in the world to work in Macdonalds; there is no shortage of citizens in any country to do that kind of job.
