What is the best Windows 8.1 tablet under 300$?

I want something with I can do homework with office on it. I want to stick to the main brands and have something just generally compatible and stuff.

    Asus transformer pad. Comes with full keyboard that you can detach to use just the tablet. Recently on sale at Microcenter for $250, with 64Gb storage. Otherwise, look at the Winbook 10", plus additional keyboard, which is $250 together. This one has 32Gb storage.
