How to drop-it when you're mad at someone but you want your opinion to be heard?

Pretty pissed at someone right now but I want to continue talking, i guess the thing I never learned was how to re-initiate things without ignoring my feelings of hurt or anger.

Update:

I dont want to completely ignore either sides of the story but I basically want to work it out.

Update 2:

"How to work things out after an arguement"

I learned that if I'm pissed about something, I need to not respond while I'm upset.

So give yourself time to assess your feelings and then address the situation .

Talk it out with the person and express exactly how you feel.
