Why does Yahoo have a hidden answer part all answers should be treated the same?

It started with a wrong and misinterpreted idea from users themselves. For many years users would complain, "I don't want to see answers that have nothing to do with the question !! I want to see the best answers" Well, Yahoo thought they knew what that meant and developed the "Relevance" sort. The sort, users would have liked, but the hidden part was a bad idea. Their programmers are not YA users and did not understand a "google" sort of the answers would not always work. Just changed the sort if you want to see all the answers.

Well it seems to me that all those who answered this question that their response is relevant whether or not Yahoo agrees or disagrees thank you for taking the time to answer my question

It's because that hidden answer got negative votes because probably that kind of answer was just unhelpful
