Is there anything to do to help the puppies after my pit bull gave birth?

So your pit bull has just had pups.
Your cat gave birth to kittens 1 week ago.
Another dog is still bleeding a week after mating (2 weeks ago).
You're worried about your chihuahua having too many pups because she mated too many times (1 week ago)
Then you have an 11 yr old pug with stiff legs and a 1 yr old mastiff with shaking / stiff legs.
Not sure quite how many of these questions to believe !

You should be taking the Dam and her litter to the Vet to be checked, for starters. Keep them inside in a proper whelping box with a constant room temperature of about 85 degrees F. Make sure they are all nursing and eliminating properly. Weigh them every day or two to make sure they're gaining weight. If they aren't nursing and gaining weight, the it would be up to you to hand rear them and feed them every 2 hours around the clock....or if they are nursing but not gaining, then supplemental feedings might be in order.
FIRST THINGS FIRST.....take them all to the Vet TODAY and make sure the puppies are kept warm in transit.

You mean besides taking them to a vet, a professional in this matter? No, I can't think of anything.
