i can't focus and get my work done in school?
i do online k12 homeschooling and i'm so behind in everything because i just can't get myself focused because i have hundreds of distractions. Any suggestions on how to keep myself motivated? I've tired caffeine and it works for a little bit, but then i just don't want to do anything again..

Tell yourself everyday that if you don't focus and do your work you'll get a crsppy job paying 800 a month and you can't be distracted cause you don't want to be poor You need a good job.

You should probably go back to school where you can receive the supervision you need. About 50% of students drop out of K12 for the same reasons you are having difficulty. Then you are just further behind. Sorry, not the solution you wanted, but the longer you don't do anything the further behind you will get until....
