Can anyone give me a list of animals that not only have poisonous spikes, but shoot them?

    Cone snails fire poisonous harpoons of sorts. Some of those can kill people.

    There are similar examples with jellyfish and many other members of the phylum Cnidaria that fire tiny poisonous darts. Some of those are also deadly.

    Many fish have poisonous spikes but none of them fire them off that I know of. There are no mammals that shoot them either. Porcupines are reported to but that is probably a mistake.
