Are there any countries that have outlawed involuntary commitment for mental disorders?
Today people can get abducted and thrown in asylums for crimes that they MIGHT commit by a psychiatrists snap of the finger. Are there any civilizations that have outlawed this? Or what rights are taken away. Can you source it?

Here in my country we fund the mental hospitals very poorly, so don't worry about being sent there for more than a few days.
