L'OCCitane.
They have absolutely everything that's amazing and beautiful. Sure, it's more on the expensive side, but compared to American and European cosmetic brands, they do exceptional work! Hydra Vital Face Mist, and Imortelle Essential Water are two stellar products from the brand.
If I could choose world-wide, probably Skin Food, or Innisfree.
They both make such amazing high quality products, and if you've been to Korea or are familiar with the high technology of skincare there, you'll know nothing there is too overpriced. Competition is so high there, and it's often times hard to even find a "favourite" since all brands do their products so well.
LUSH Cosmetics is also another favourite.
ARGH. SO MANY.
