Why do I feel like this?

Question

I've been feeling weak, short of breath and a bit dizzy for hours now. I ate and everything but nothing has changed, what could this be? 
If it helps I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I just got more medication to ease the pain yesterday

Is it a different medication? Buscopan is usual... but it has side effects so see the link below.  Peppermint oil capsules work too.

If it isn't an adverse drug reaction, check your pulse rate. 
Is it much faster than normal at rest?  Does it shoot up on climbing just a few stairs?
Use finger pressure on your gums and on release of that pressure do they pink-up again immediately?
Pull down an eyelid is it pink there indicating good blood flow?
Do you have black tarry stool?

You need to be mindful of an internal bleed from an ulcer. If you suspect this then have someone take you to the doctor or the ER.

Probably nothing to do with the IBS or medication because I felt like that a week ago and then was hit by the flu bug, now feel a lot better but terrible dry cough. Good Luck
