Which quarterback is better Tony Romo or Eli Manning?

Statistically Romo. Anyone making the super bowl argument is wrong. Football is a team game. Winning championships is a team effort. Romo has always had the talent just never the guys around him. Now look, as soon as he gets the guys he needs, he's being nominated for mvp. Romo gives his team a chance to win at all times. No other qb can take a defense that's last in the league, a below average run game, a bad offensive line, receivers that don't know their routes, and still get to an 8-8 record. That's impressive. More than impressive. Just look at the stats. Romo beats out Eli in almost every category. Now it's his turn to finally hoist the Lombardi like he deserves. -side note....name one time Romo's choked all year. *crickets*-

Tough one, I think Romo has a slight edge, but when Eli is on, he is much better then Romo, it is just that Eli hasn't been consistent, he goes up and down. Romo does to but not from game to game, he is good for an in game bone head play pretty much at least one, ever game.

Look at their career numbers. Romo destroys Eli in almost every category. He is also much more consistent. If you're going to use the Super Bowl argument then you might as well also say Eli is better than Peyton or Dan Marino which everyone knows is absurd. Football is a team game as evidenced by a guy like Trent Dilfer winning a championship.

Eli Manning. He's been inconsistent in the regular season, as others pointed out, but so has Tony Romo. Romo chokes in the playoffs while Eli has won 2 super bowls

Romo hands down, I refuse to give Manning credit for two lucky throw and catches in his two SB wins. His defense made their teams. He is an interception machine throughout the season. Romo is all around a better QB.
