You have answered your Daily limit of 20 answers so will have to wait till the new days starts to answer again.
You just signed up two hours ago.
There are daily limits at every level. Level 1 can answer 20 questions a day and ask 5 questions.
At level 2 (250 points) the limits are answering 80 questions and ask 10.
