"acute" as something with a sharp angle or an acute accent is "aigu" in the masculine form and "aigüe" (or aiguë with the former traditional spelling)

They are both pronounced the same. If you know the IPA, it's /egy/ or /ɛgy/

You can hera it here : http://fr.forvo.com/word/aigu/#fr

The tréma (the two dots) of the feminine form are important and must not be forgotten, other wise, it means something else and it's pronounced differently (/ɛg/).
