What can I eat on this restricted diet? Any suggestions for no sugar/soda/starch/wheat/dairy/nuts diet?

My doctor wants me off soda drinks (regular and sugar-free), sugar, starch (potatoes, oatmeal, rice for example) and all types of wheat. Another doctor suggests lactose free diet, since I have low tolerance for dairy products. Another doctor suggests I avoid tomatoes, tuna, spinach and other histamine rich foods. These suggestions are because of three different medical conditions I have and medications I am proscribed for them. On top of that I'm allergic to coconut and food dyes and intolerant to carrots and some nuts (like almonds, cashews, peanuts and pistachios) in big amounts. I go to college full time and I have two small children, two big dogs, a big home and a husband who works too much. I don't have the time or energy for extensive cooking. A lot of the ideas I'm given contain at least one ingredient I'm restricted from. I feel like I can just about only eat cucumber and chicken and it just seems so tedious and boring. Please, any ideas within my diet?

I've done the bacon and eggs thing and the salads and the different meats. Beans are too starchy and therefore off limits. Think nuts are too, but not sure. I can have small amounts if winter squash/butternut squash/pumpkin and sweet potato. I just feel like it's the same food day after day. Fruit and eggs, maybe bacon, for breakfast, greens with cucumber, red bell pepper and maybe sausage for lunch and meat with more veggies for dinner. An idea of something to so obvious would be appreciated, maybe different combinations, new veggies or recipes that do not require the oven or stove or something I can take with me for lunch perhaps. Something specific. Thanks in advance :)

Drinks, that's easy. Water and juice are both great alternatives to soda. You can flavor your water with slices of fruit if you like.

You did not mention beef, pork, chicken or other fish so I am guessing that you can have those.

It should be easy enough to put together a meal using beef, pork, chicken and using a variety of vegetables. (not sure about that since you just list tomatoes and spinach. can you have green beans, peas, squash?)

You might want to make an appointment with a dietitian to help you out.
