Why does she do this? Nuzzling into my chin / neck?
Basically I have a friend, whose a girl and we've kinda been flirtatious with each other for a while, and we didn't talk for a while. So I thought she was mad, we talk to each other via chatroom. And later when I talk to her again after a bit, she starts nuzzling me out of nowhere. I really like her, but I don't want to act on something that just may be her doing something that's not...cuddling I guess.
Advice please!

Nuzzling and cuddling are intimate. Not something normal friends do. She must be super comfortable with you and it sounds like she's very affectionate.
Since you have flirted together, try and kiss her on the head when she nuzzles in next time. She may then kiss you back. For real.
