To be honest the whole planning sex thing is never good, because the first time is never as good as you imagine it to be. It's awkward and weird, but if youre with the right person then you can eventually move past that and learn from each other. The only thing you need to "bring" is a condom. Other then that, just let it flow. It's normal to feel nervous, but don't be too nervous as it can ruin the mood. Maybe if she acts like she doesn't care it's because she isn't fully ready. Make sure she's ready, and don't put pressure on her. If you're that kind of guy, then make it more romantic with roses and candles to make her feel comfortable. If that's too much, then don't do it. Things like this should happen naturally. Most importantly, DO YOUR RESEARCH!
