Try cooking her a romantic dinner: Spaghetti or lobster or something like that
a table set for two with some candles and low soothing music like The Fray

Why not decide to have a dinner date at the house if you can. Put flowers, and candles out. When she comes in hand her a rose, call her beautiful, tell her you love and say the reasons why, and then have dinner. Be happy she's there and tell her you won't hurt her and that sex is just sex and she will become intimate. Kiss her gently and don't rush the night.

set up a romantic setting give her a massage, bring her favourite drink or food all to help relax her and show you care and that she is special and this moment was worth waiting for but reassure her that if she panics you can do it again so its not like all too much pressure, good luck hope all goes well :)
