Where are they, how big are they, how many are there, and how far apart are they? If they worry you, you should probably ask a vet. If there aren't that many they might be moles or something, but sometimes it's a good idea to check just in case.

No one, including a vet can diagnose/treat your dog without examining it, least of all YA, take it to a vet.
