Carol is only 1 correct & suddenly there is a 4th suggestions? I am on a desktop & YA these days is very poor (that is the cleaned up version) not least me being level 1 Google Black death & I usually come up as an answer Level 7 a couple of years ago hey ho Tanks Carol

Hover over the gear or cog icon. A drop down menu will appear. Settings is one of the options.

They are on the GEAR on your EMAIL account. The gear here on Yahoo Answers does not have them.
If you are on a mobile version of Yahoo email, that will not have them, either.
If you are on the Desktop version and the GEAR is not there or does not have Settings as one of the links there, try refreshing the page, or sign out, clear cache and restart the device, or try a different browser.
