Are older phones still a viable option? I have a carrier that only offers iPhone 4, Samsung Fascinate, or Samsung Illusion.?
I'm not a techophile. I don't need the latest and greatest. I really don't use or need most of the smart phone features, but my existing phones are running into trouble and will need replaced. The Samsungs would be on Andriod 2.3 and the iPhone on OS 7. I realize that's several versions old, but for calls, texts and a little bit of web usage for directions and such, should this suffice?

Useful. Guess if you don't ask about relationships, inane things or troll, YA isn't really that helpful. Never have had a question actually answered.
