what to write on cover letter if you dont know who you are addressing?

I'm applying to CVS online so i don't know who to put as a recipient

Is it ok to just put "to whom it may concern?"

    with an application, a cover letter is not needed or wanted by a potential employer - simply fill out the app and see if you are contacted
