I have bootable usb stick. Can i put other files on it (except bootable files) ? Will it boot up without problem ?

    As long as you do not overwrite the boot files and what the system needs to boot, you can copy other files over with no problem. I would suggest using a separate folder for extra files, so it is easy to find them, delete them, or change them without affecting the boot system.

    no - if you need to reboot, it wont know what to use. keep it clean
