what drugs are good for flying anxiety?

I hate flying and I'm going on vacation in July from Boston MA to Portugal so i want to like sleep or atleast relax for the whole flight which is like 5 hours. I'm very concerned the last flight I've been on was very bumpy and it had me sweating a lot!

    A friend who is scared of flying had her doctor prescribe Ambien., she takes a half tablet when she gets on the plane and can sleep through most of the flight. Ask your doctor.

    My friend takes Dramamine when she flies and recommends it.
