Jehovah’s witnesses picked it up from the Christian Bible Isaiah 26:4
Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
That means Jehovah is Lord, and Lord is Jesus
Why create a whole new Bible just to change the word Lord to Jehovah when they are both the same meaning? What reason to change just one word to create a whole new bible?
Changing words and deceiving many other scriptures. Why change the Bible when there Is already a Bible? Why change the word Lord? …Leading you away to the Lord your God.

Like the Word "JESUS" , the word JEHOVAH is an English transliteration of the tetragrammaton. It appears in the earliest known English bibles and can be seen in the King James Version at Psalms 83:18

sad to say there is no jehovah in the bible before 1260. A catholic monk coined the word jehovah and crept into the bible since 1270. the jw should thanks the monk.
