"The Shining"?

I was wondering if anyone has experienced any supernatural occurrences while reading the Stephen King novel "The Shining"? I know my aunt got stuck in an elevator just after reading that section and when she finished the book, it fell apart in her hands. My cousin took a bath and the lights started flickering, this happened after she read that part.

    I got literally the best BJ of my life. I mean it was so good, I had to question if the chick was really a chick or a man with an operation. It's like she knew what I wanted. I think she had 'the shining'. I definitely smelt oranges while it was happening to me.

    Hmmmmm. Not for me. Try contacting a psychic or exorcist, and reading the book while they are there.

    I have read it twice and nothing happened. I think that what you are talking about is illogical and impossible.
