cant update a font on gimp or remove it??!!?
i installed a custom font onto my computer that i made. i noticed a mistake and corrected it. when i replaced the old font it updated everywhere on my computer EXCEPT gimp. which really annoys me.
ive tried everything to try and update the font:
replacing it in main computer font files.
replace it in gimp font files
deleting the font file from my computer and any main files that could SOMEhow be active
removing gimp and reinstalling it (the font file was fully deleted before this and it's still there!!! WTH??!!)
HOW do i update this font file or at LEAST delete it??!!

Try removing the font and load GIMP with it to refresh its fonts cache without the fixed font, then try putting it back again and re-refresh the cache.
