Sirius XM Internet Radio - Can you listen to archived shows? Also, can multiple users listen to different things under one account?

I am thinking of purchasing Sirius XM Radio (but just for the internet streaming to phones, computers, and what-not else). I don't need a home or car receiver or anything like that, as I assume I can just use the free app to stream whatever I want. My goal here is to just get the app on my phone, then bluetooth the sound from my phone to my portable speaker or car speaker (either one, as they both connect with bluetooth as well).

But I was curious about (as my title states) if you can listen to archived shows when they aren't particularly live. For example, I would love to listen to the Howard Stern show, but as he does a morning show I wouldn't be up early enough to listen to it. So is it the type of thing where I could listen to the show anytime I want? Not just when it's live?

And lastly, if I allow my girlfriend to use my account, would we both be able to listen to whatever we want simultaneously? Or would we just simply have to listen at different times? (I'm thinking of a Netflix example in my mind.. I have an account, and we are both able to watch different things on different devices at the same time).

No, There is no DVR, TiVo, Roku or similar device for SiriusXM radios, also they produce new programming on each channel. There may be some podcasts available online, for some shows, but not available through the radio. It is only available LIVE, when it's broadcast.

Yes, each radio or device you attach to the account may listen to different stations or content, like any other radio. It is a live streaming service, that has authenticated connections, tied to the device id and the master account that manages them.

Remember, the service will use your cell phone data plan, and will quickly drain your available data by listening to the service when you don't have wifi available, within a few hours, you can easily chew through a 2GB data plan. Netflix will get through your data plan within a few movies, if you're not connected to Wifi.
