does a judge look at your jail personal property sheet?

I was arrested for pot parephanalia.... It wasnt mine it was under my seat but it wasnt my car... But the most important thing is that even though I was charged with it, his jail personal property sheet said that the bong was his personal property... I was wondering if the judge looks at that? Ive already plead not guilty

    I never heard of a judge looking at the jail personal property sheet. It would be up to you to bring it up; judges are not usually investigators.
