Eagle Fans. what are Your thoughts on Todays trade?

As an Eagles fan, I have no idea what to think. McCoy wasn't the same last year for whatever reason, and his age was creeping towards the forbidden zone for RB's, and his salary was way too much. In return, we get a LB who has only played 1 season in the NFL, but sat out all of 2014 with a blown out knee (and he also missed 1 year of college with knee issues). And of course Kiko is from Oregon.

We are completely dysfunctional in the front office...with Chip Kelly and Howie Roseman in a power struggle, with which Kelly ultimately won. Now he is cleaning house.

I guess my questions are 1)who is going to run the ball? 2)who is going to throw the ball? (Mariota or Foles) 3)who is going to catch the ball? (we haven't come to terms with Maclin). 4)Who is going to be in our secondary? (we have lost 3 of 4)

Owner Lurie is betting "all in" with Chip Kelly. Today's big trade doesn't scare me about our future as much as cutting our only CB that was worth anything (Cary Williams was mediocre, which was easily best on our team). And also Chip's drafting. Whoever was responsible for our 1st round pick last year is a disgrace. Marcus Smith was our "sleeper" pick..he was healthy for all of 2014, yet he failed to record any kind of stat whatsoever. The sad part is we were ravaged by injuries at LB, but he was that worthless that he couldn't even get a single stat. . You can't have your #1 pick give you a complete zero.

All I have to say is Chip better make this work, because it's a tough town to be a coach in if you aren't very good...especially if he is 100% responsible for the personnel

I love how eagles fans are saying this is a great move when their lb is a car con copy of the one who was just released.

Good move. Kiki is a big upgrade. They will sign two corners, a safety, and a linebacker now. The defense should be way better. He can make anyone look good in his offense.

As a cowboys fan, this is the best news I have heard all year!
