What is the best set up for at home phone customer service business? Thanks for any suggestions Mike..?

I need to buy a hard wire phone with headset and I have a lap top. My shift is from 3:30 pm to Midnight.- 40 hrs/week Thurs Fri off.

    Sounds like you are working for the business as opposed to setting up a business. Ask your employer what you need and then follow their specifications.

    Why do you need hard wire as opposed to VOIP? That actually doesn't make any sense for a call center job.

    Your employer should be able to direct you further.
