I Feel trapped inside my own body?

Hello everyone!

So sometimes I feel trapped inside my own body, and it is the worst feeling ever, I feel like dying. I don't have depression or anything, it's just a feeling I get. It's like I can feel my hands, or my ancle, or my head, my eyes, my tongue, and, well it's just a hard feeling to explain. I can feel them and can't get rid of that feeling and it makes me feel trapped and claustrophobic and like I want to explode. I normally get it when I'm in a situation that I can't get out of, somewhere I have to sit still, and wait. I start thinking too much, getting anxious and feeling trapped, it's so horrible! Like for an example at the hairdressers, at an exam, a waiting room, sometimes even in bed when I can't sleep, then I need to get up and walk around. I am claustrophobic, mabey it has something to do with that. Anyway, I would like to know if somebody has the same feeling as this because it really is bothering me in an unexplainable way. PLEASE HELP, I AM DESPERATE!

I do get that feeling all the time. I know it may not seem like it. but I have depression and anxiety. go to your doctor and get tested for depression and anxiety because it sounds to me you don't feel comfortable in situations that most people arn't comfortable in. not an expert!! just a suggestion
