Can a puppet be racist?

Say a white ventriloquist with a black dummy who speaks like your average black man goes into show business, who's racist? I know, I know "You Are!" Or "What do you mean average black man?" Get over your selves. It can be an interesting question if you think about. I mean no one gives Mark Dunham **** for having a jalapeno on a stick. Anyway, discuss.

    The person with their hand up its butt can be. But you can be racist in Comedy.
