detroit lol. they arn't going to be that cheap anywhere. a guy in detroit sold a house for an ipad, but it needed to be condemned. Property tax alone would be more then you paid. Land would be more then that. Look up local squatting laws and see what they say about squatting, just dont let anyone know you live there

Whatever you can buy for that price is going to cost you thousands to have any building torn down and removed because it is likely condemned. And there may be liens by the city/county for enforcement actions that you will be responsible to pay if you take ownership.

Will cost u 10000$ to tear down or repair. 100$ will get u nice tent to live in.

if you could, it wouldn't be worth buying and the land alone would be worth at least a few $1000
