Where are all the peaceful Muslims.?

How can you read the 'Koran' and propose to live your life by it's rules.......the violence, the hatred ,the bigotry and the utter isolation and intolerance.......And then say you are a 'peaceful' person ?

Muslims tend to 'squirm' when 'pushed' on the subject.........YES they really do believe 'every single' word in the Koran, but when it tells them to "Strike down the unbelievers where they stand"......and such talk, they start stuttering about 'interpretation'........

So. If you all read the same book.....do you live your life by it ?..........Or not ?

I quite agree in fact I do not understand true muslims allowing the desicration of their religion by a small minority,under shari law they should be put to death imediately,without hesitation,so why havent they ?It is alright to say they are not the normal law abbiding muslims,but if that is the case then do something about it an maybe then you would have some credabillity with the rest of the world instead of just standing by and watching them ok.,

Islam has over 1 billion followers worldwide. The violent terrorists shouldn't be considered Muslims any more than members of the KKK or the Westborough "church" should be considered Christian.

Why should Muslims have to constantly and publicly denounce these false followers when you don't expect the same thing of Christianity or any other religion?

Why aren't the world's 4.odd billion Christians protesting against these hate groups every day? Do you? Or should I assume your silence means you support the actions of these who claim to speak for you?

Do you think that's fair?

Read the following verse from their Quran, which Muslims consider "holy":

Those believers who sit at home, unless they do so out of a disabling injury, are not the equals of those who strive in the way of Allah with their possessions and their lives. Allah has exalted in rank those who strive with their possessions and their lives over those who sit at home; and though to each Allah has promised some good reward, He has preferred those who strive (in the way of Allah) over those who sit at home for a mighty reward.

Quran 4:95

The verse criticizes those Muslims who don't strive or fight for Allah, saying they're not as worthy to him as the ones who do strive (fight). The violent Muslims are the true followers of Islam and the peaceful Muslims rarely speak out against the violent ones because they know this verse.

Laying low and hoping not to attract attention. I'll wager that most of their ancestors immigrated because thy didn't want any part of a gung-ho Sharia-Law state. A large chunk of the people who immigrated to the original colonies were getting away from state-mandated churches in their countries. Why would you expect the Muslims to be any different?

It's kinda like when a bigot sees something they like, and secretly thinks, YESS!! I would say most Muslims are appalled by groups like ISIS, but at least half of them share similar views to ISIS.

Muslims don't believe in free speech (at least when it comes to insulting the profit, or Islam), equality for woman, and the Charlie Hebdo attack was okay with many Muslim. They are ultra conservative fundamentalist. It's something the west needs to acknowledge, instead of making it seem like radical Islam, and even conservative Islam, has nothing to do with religion.

Because there ARE no peaceful Muslims. There's a reason it's called the "religion of the sword".
