PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME ON HOW TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE AND HAVE ENERGY!!!?
Ok so I am 15 years old and j really need to get my homeschooling done. I am already behind a grade because the first time I did 9th grade apperently it didn't count towards anything so there's that and now I am in this "funk" to where I just don't want to do anything, my chores, school, clean and even shower. Of course I do but it's like I just don't want to at all and I feel like I have no energy. Please help. I always used to feel productive and get everything done and I just busted out in to tears a while ago because I feel just down about everything please help!!

You need to do something fun, something that'll get your blood pumping, maybe even something extreme. That's really the only reason why sports can help you be more productive or have more energy. Something that'll get your body to produce all kinds of feel-good hormones. Sports are one option but that doesn't mean going for a jog or playing some stupid sports game. It could be one of those if you find those fun, but otherwise find something that you find fun. Something that makes you feel good that isn't a drug(because drugs don't really cause you to produce more of these hormones, they mostly just stop your body from reabsorbing them and as such they build up making you feel better temporarily but because your body understands that the hormones aren't being absorbed it'll stop producing so much of them so once the drug effects are gone and the hormones are absorbed then you'll be left with producing less of these hormones and as such you will actually be even less productive and have even less energy and recovering from that takes longer than the drugs effects were).
You need to relax, but don't tell anyone that you need to relax because they normally don't understand what that means. Just try to find something that makes you feel good and find a way to do that or tell someone that you want to do that.
