Is he interested?

I do track and its too cold to run outside so we run in the halls of the school. anyways, today me and 2 other girls were running down the hallway, and as we were about to turn the corner, 2 boys came running and almost ran into my 2 friends. One of the boys stopped and looked at me and held eye contact for like 3 seconds. He is the #1 runner on the team and so am I. just wondering if he possibly likes me. I pass him in the hallway almost everyday and he always makes eye contact. We never really talk though. Also, Yesterday they were playing dodge ball and me and 2 of my friends were watching and he like glanced over at me a few times. and the first time he did a double take. I cant tell if he is just looking like its a coincidence or if he likes me???? Also, we were doing 50m sprints one day after practice and racing each other and he raced my cousin. He could have raced ANYONE else and when I told him that he was my cousin he was like yeah i know. So they had to have talked about it. I may be over-thinking this but idk
