I this because of puberty?
I am fourteen years old. I feel like I have gotten really fat since the beginning of middle school. I think I have gone from around 120 lbs and 5'2" to where I am now, 155 lbs and 5'7".
I have a couple of questions.
1) Is this a part of puberty; my brother (who is 17) never gained weight like this. Should I wait or really increase my exercise and change my diet.
2) Am I going to even out; like I said, I am 5'7" and my dad is 5'10, but my brother is close to 6' (he is 17).
3) do I look bad; do I look really fat
Thank you.

Oh crap -_- I wrote you a whole long thing but i lost it all... I don't have as much time anymore, so i'll give you quicker answers, sorry about that...
1) Yes it is part of puberty. But your diet/amount of exercise isn't helping! I wouldn't wait because the longer you wait, the harder it'll be to loose weight. (It's easy to loose weight at a young age so I would do it now!)
2) YES you will even out. When I was 14, all I ate was RAMEN and played video games. I weighed around the same as you (I was probably a little bit heavier), until one day I said thats enough! I banned ramen from my diet for almost 3 years! I also started getting more active and jogging a little here and there. So As I got older, I started evening out (with the help of a better diet and more physical activity) I am now 17 and I weigh around 133lbs
3) I'm not going to say you look "bad," because that doesn't help, nor will I say you look really good either. Just know that, no matter what you can always get BETTER! And because you're so young, believe it or not, it is very easy to do! So you should take advantage of that.
Maybe you can join a sports team if you're interested in that :)
P.S.
STAY MOTIVATED!!
