I am part of a youth foundation thatt grants 4000 each year for students in college, but the scholarship is not given if not need and I have also heard of people not being able to receive the money in time or npt using it till summer sessions. should i report it?

If you feel confident you will receive the youth foundation of $4000, you should report that amount. However, if you are unsure and have not received any type of confirmation stating you will receive that amount, you shouldn't report the amount.
