Norton 360 Backup At-Risk Warning?

Norton 360 Backup At-Risk Warning has been constant on my computer, despite multiple Norton 360 backups conducted onto two different external hard drives. Norton 360 confirms that the 80 Gb data files have been successfully backed-up to both the 500 Gb and 1 Tb backup drives. However, the red "At-Risk" warning persists. The Norton 360 Forum did not provide me with any valid answers. Can anyone explain how I am supposed to get rid of the warning?

    Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

Can you run the Norton Remove & Reinstall tool and see if it helps: http://www.norton.com/nrnr. You need to run Backup one more time after installing the product.

    Thanks!

Personally I prefer the .38 special in a boot.

Can you uninstall it and start over?

Problem with big outfits like Norton is they take command of your computer and want to run the show.

I don't use them. What are you afraid of? Free anti-virus software is available online and that works just fine for me.

The warning should have a link or button to get more details on it. The answer is there..........
