How many moles required to react / mole ratio?

Can someone show me how to do this and solve it? Should I first balance the equation or?

For the following unbalanced equation, indicate how many moles of the second reactant would be required to react exactly with 0.125 mol of the first reactant. State clearly the mole ratio used for the conversion

Cl2(g) + KI(aq) → I2(s) + KCl(aq)

____ mol Cl2 ✕ ( ____ mol KI / ____ mol Cl2 ) = ____ mol KI

Of course you should balance the equation. An unbalanced equation is useless.

    Cl2(g) + 2 KI(aq) → I2(s) + 2 KCl(aq)

    0.125 mol Cl2 ✕ ( 2 mol KI / 1 mol Cl2 ) = 0.250 mol KI
