You don't know what Laila Ali knows. Therefore, there is know way to be sure who would actually win. You assume she knows no grappling but you really don't KNOW that. Also, it is a real possibility that she'd TKO Rousey in 15 seconds. Or Rousey could armbar Ali in 15 seconds. Therefore, it is anybody's guess.

No Body Is Invincible.

If they fought under mma rules Ronda would win. If they fight under the queens-bury rules Ali might win.

Ali is not prepared for mma. She would not be able to stop Ronda from taking her down and submitting her. I would love to see it though. These are my 2 favorite women fighters.

She's only saying that because they'll never meet in the octagon. Rousey would beat her. I think there is a big weight difference though.

Pro fighters have not had success in "mixed" matches -- though the sample is from decades ago....Ali had his legs destroyed by Inoki and Wepner was thrown out of the ring by Andre the Giant.
