It's a pity that you can't buy online because you risk not to find much choice of Panasonic razors at stores in Paris. The most popular brands of razors here are Philips and Braun.
Darty is a chain of stores, their prices are usually good, the biggest one is Rivoli http://magasin.darty.com/3288-darty-rivoli but I can't assure that you'll find what you want, Darty sells Panasonic razors online but they don't have all the stock at the stores.
