In a auto accident. Police said was an accident. Police took our info and our licenses and sent us away. Ok too drive then!?
Said to stop by station on Monday both parties with ins . Documents then they just sent us on our way!! So that means its ok to drive without my license? Confused....

Just explained that here in ph, the police take the licenses for now and they gave us a paper signed by the police on duty of accident and we pick back up license on Monday.....

If the police took your license, you cannot drive until you get it back. If you drive anywhere, you can be charged without a license

Confused too... why do you not have your license... Never drive without your drivers license.. I don't know what state your in.... the police report is the key to who winds up paying for the damage.... from what I'm reading....
