How can I host GTA 5 Heists?

Update GTA 5 for the latest DLC. You have to be atleast a level 12 and own a high end apartment. If you do that, then wait for Lester to call and/or text you. He'll tell you to meet him at his warehouse labeled "L" on the map. Talk to him and he'll recall you and your apartment will turn green and there will be a "H" for heist in one of your rooms. Go up to the board or desk and activate the heist. Then you have to invite 1-3 people depending on what heist it is. After each heist, Lester will call you for a new heist, so you'll have to wait a little bit.
