Recent login activity shows a hack?

I've changed the password - now what? Nothing in the "customer care" maze has any information about what to do about a suspicious login.

In particular, I want to know details about the transgressor - IP, OS, browser type, and exactly what they did. I am sure Yahoo has records of this, considering all the obscure data that I supposedly deleted years ago that keeps popping up.

Update:

I would also like to know why there is no option for resetting my security questions anymore. If they were the attack vector, changing my password will have been pointless.

After checking procedures at other sites I am convinced Yahoo has the worst security of any major mail server.

Update 2:

I've got the IP address and whois'd the vector's ISP.

But that neither tells me what they did, nor allows me to take any action with that ISP. They want log files. Yahoo has the log files, not me. Their attitude seems to be "F you, change your password, not our problem."

How can I get access to the logs of this intrusion? Am I going to have to get a WARRANT or what?

And btw this is not a pass and sign in issue, it's a hack. Move it back to "other."

Update 3:

Can it really be true that Yahoo is protecting the metadata of account hackers? UNBELIEVABLE.
