What colour chopping board should tofu be cut on?

For centuries, the Chinese use the brown colored wooden chopping board to cut tofu and etc. You need a good sturdy non slippery chopping board to cut tofu.

i prefer white copping board for chopping a tofu.

Any colour you want. There's no chopping board police.

I think any board you have not cut raw meat or eggs on should be okay
