BYPASSING IPHONE 5S?

So guys, I know what you're thinking, but I'm not a thief.. I bought 5s to my gf for our 5th anniversary, she cheated on me, I moved out, packed my things take her (my) iphone and left... Aaand few days later I wanted to see the messages with her lover,restore iphone to factory settings and sell it. Buuut ofcourse she locked it via find my iphone and now I can't do anything with it so I was wondering if ANYONE knows any method to bypass it and get it to the factory settings... If you want we can talk via gmail or something just please help me.. Thanks ;)

    Nope. No way to bypass it.

    It doesnt matter if you are a theif or not, if its icloud locked and you dont have the password, then you wont be using it.
