Emporia scorpian dead or molt?
So the humidy in the tank has been about 45_60 percent, and the temp about 70-76 dergrees
he hasn't ate for a month and the claws became stiff, today he won't move at all, don't smell, tail is somewhat curled, not sure on this one

Could be molting just give it a week or so. Try to feed it, maybe one cricket just to see. Don't mive him that could stress him out then kill him. Keep moisture up and keep at least one spot moist and one dryer.
