What are chances of a nuclear war with Russia or a middle east country in the next few years?

I doubt it will start out of the blue. Something like a murder of a politician or high ranking member or attack on troops would have to start a war in general.

Even though it's just an exercise, but mobilizing NATO troops through Europe towards Russia doesn't help. It's almost like another Cold War.

unlikely. conventional war is 100's of times more likely than nuclear war.
