is this enough gph for an oscar?

Ok so would a hang on the back (HOB) filter with a gph of 200 be good enough for 1 oscar in a 40 gallon breeder?

    No, and no

    no the tank isn't big enough

    and no, 200 gph isn't a large enough filter for a 40, a live planted tank with little fish maybe , but not any other situation

    A 40 breeder is too small for one Oscar.
